The one or two times that there was a problem, do to poor communication on my part, the problem was corrected promptly and courteously. After a female friend of mine bough a Teddy onesie a while back I wanted to get something similar and I ordered one from your web site. Honestly, the prices seemed rather high and I waited until I was sure I needed to get one for myself. So I placed an order for an all cuddle fleece onesie and thought it would look a but feminine and would be wired. I could not be any wronger. I got the parcel today, unpacked the onesie and was in awe with the material. It is the softest and warmest thing I have ever owned and I love it. I quickly stripped out of my working clothes and put on the onesie and the feel against the skin and the warmth was amazing. I felt as if I was at peace with myself and that I am being huged by a big fur blanket. I love it so much. Long story short... I got on the sofa, fell asleep and had the most relaxing and best sleep in a long while. I would like to thank everyone of you to make this piece of art and craftsmanship and I am a great fan of your items.
