It's no wonder, Christmas time is such a magical time of year with its holiday cheer, romantic winter backdrops and family gatherings.  Christmas Eve, along with Christmas Day and New Year, are the most romantic times to propose - and we'd like to say a huge congratulations to all the newly engaged couples out there!
