I can never find a Onesie to fit... Can my All-in-One be made to measure?
Of course! All of our Onesies created by you on our Personalised Onesie Builder and are handmade to order. For extra guidance on what size to order, you can check our Size Charts.
How can I tell you about my measurements or special requirements?
You'll find an Order Instructions Box at the checkout where you can tell us about any specific measurements or special requirements you have. Our fabulous development team will then tailor your Onesie to fit you.
We now have an online chat option on our website, so if you want to ask us any questions, we'll always be on hand to help you through the ordering process.
I love my Onesie, but I find it too warm to wear in the Summertime!
Don't worry, our ever-growing Fabric Range is full of different fabric types - from cool cotton for the warmer weather, to Premium Cuddle Fleece to keep you feeling snuggly in the Winter.
What are the differences between each of the fabrics?
We have recently launched our brand new fabric page. Here you'll find out about each fabric type and can even view swatches of the colours and patterns that we have in stock.
I can't decide on what type of fabric I want my Onesie to be...
We offer a free Fabric Swatch Service, so you can select the exact fabrics you'd like to see prior to ordering. You can request your Fabric Sample Pack at the bottom of our Fabric page.
How long does it take to make my all-in-one onesie?
As leaders in mass customisation, we pride ourselves on meeting your needs, so we now offer 3 different levels of service - Happy to Wait, Standard, and Fast Track.
Standard – Dispatched within 7 – 14 days (could be up to 28 days during the busy Christmas period)
Fast Track – Dispatched within 3 working days (additional payment of 20%)
Happy to Wait – Dispatched within 28 working days (10% discount)
Can you work to a date that I need it for?
Yes, just select the service option that fits you best and let us know the date you need it for in the Order Instructions Box at the checkout.
What happens if my Onesie is a gift but I’ve left it too late and it won’t get to me in time for a special date?
If you can't receive your Onesie in time for a special date, we can pop together a sample pack and brochure of the fabrics you have chosen so you can let the recipient know that something special is on it's way.
What do I do if it arrives and I have ordered the wrong size?
We always advise checking our size charts before placing your order. Our Onesies can look quite big, but once on, they're often the perfect fit.
Due to each Onesie being handmade to order, we can't offer refunds, however we do have an Alteration Service. For a small, one off fee of £15, we will alter your Onesie and post it back out to you.
How should I wash my all-in-one onesie?
All Onesies come with a care label and instructions.
