Onesies Save the Day!

Onesies to the Rescue On Friday the 16th May Metro Radio held a superhero day for the Cash for Kids Charity, which helps raise money to support disabled and disadvantaged children living in the North East. They encouraged everyone to dress up as their favourite super hero and to get fundraising. Steve and Karen from Metro Radio took on the SUPER challenge of cleaning all the windows of the Sage, Gateshead. Of course, we were delighted when we were asked to make the Metro Radio Team their very own  bespoke Super Hero onesies. They looked like true heroes in their lime green and raspberry pink all-in-ones - and they did an absolutely fantastic job, raising £21,000 for the Charity. (Even Courage the Cat got involved in his very own super hero onesie!) It just goes to show that we all can be heroes (even more so in our onesies). We want to say a massive congratulations to the Metro Radio team, and everyone who donated for raising an amazing £21,000.
