• Shipping details cannot be changed once the order has been placed as claims, if undelivered, will not be entertained by the Royal Mail.
• The All-in-One Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
• Whilst every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard postage and packing for all-in-ones:

£6.99. U.K Mainland / Northern Ireland + £2.50 for each additional suit.

£12.50 European Union + £2.50 for each additional suit.  

£18.00 The World + £5.50 for each additional suit.

Gift vouchers can be ordered which will be dispatched on a daily basis.

As these products are made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty so please double check the size chart before you order.

Please allow 28 days for dispatch, this may be longer at busy periods such as Christmas - so order early to avoid disappointment.

The factory will be closed for the annual summer break from Friday 13th August and will reopen on Tuesday 31st August 2010.

We will contact you once your order has been dispatched via email to let you know that it is on its way. We use Royal Mail Signed for service so that your parcel can be tracked and traced.

Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

We do not believe in excess packaging and have chosen to use use bio degradable mail bags which can be reused, as they have an additonal sealing tape, so we hope that you will be able to reuse them before they start decomposing. Don't worry this takes 12 months at least!

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998. Under the data protection act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will be used to send you the information you have requested or to inform you of news and special offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out please contact us via email using the title opt out and your details will be removed from our mailing list.

To make a purchase simply browse our website you will find that the all-in-ones are in five different categories.

1. Plain colour anti pil fleece / cotton / cotton sweatshirt 
2. Patterned anti pil fleece / cotton 
3. Cuddle soft touch fluffy Fleece
4. Football-in-ones Football strip colours in anti pil fleece / cotton 
5. Create your own all-in-one with 2 or more fabrics of your choice from any of the above categories.

Once you have decided on the fabric type that you would like to have your all-in-one made in, click onto that page and click order for a child or order for an adult.

Create your own should be selected if you would like to use 2 or more fabrics on your all-in-one to create your own unique design.

Follow these steps to;

1 Select the fabric you would like and the size (please check the size chart before ordering) that you would like it made in.

2 Select the add ons that you would like for your all-in one such as a hood, ears, feet, mittens, pockets or an I-Poc-It for your ipod or mobile phone.

3 You can then choose to personalize your all-in-one with either your name, initials, football club name, a message or favorite band and an image.

4 Your finished all-in-one will automatically be put into your shopping bag.

5 Go to the checkout to pay or return home to choose another all-in-one.

i-poc-it is located on the right hand side chest (For mobile/ipods etc).

Embroidery is located on the left hand side chest position.

Ribbed cuffs on the wrists and ankles.

Fabric weights are shown below. The higher the weight the thicker the fabric.

Patterned Fleece 415gms per linear metre.

Plain Fleece 435gms per linear metre.

Cuddle fleece 450gms per linear metre.

Micro Fleece Patterned (Pink/white,Yellow/white and blue/white polka dot, choc/pink smarty, daisy daisy, blue/white & pink/white stripe) 310gms per linear metre.

Mid weight patterned fleece ( Pirates, Jungle, Harlequin, butterflies, alphabet soup and monsters) 356 gms per linear metre.

Cotton Jersey (T-Shirt) 185 gms per linear metre.

Cotton sweatshirt brushed back 330 gms per linear metre.

Care and Safety.

Our all-in-ones have been tested in accordance with BS4407:1988(2007) and EU Directive 96/73/EC as amended by 2006/2/EC and were used to identify the fleece fabric as Body -100% polyester, cuffs 100% acrylic the cotton jersey fabric is 100% cotton cuffs 100% acrylic. 

Our all-in-ones have been tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 6330:2001 standards for washing. We recommend that the fleece all-in-ones are washed at 30 - 40 degrees and tumble dried on a low setting. Do not tumble dry cotton T Shirt or Cotton Sweatshirt as it may shrink. Dark colours need to be washed separately. Do Not Iron fleece all-in-ones.
