Offcut Rug Celebrating 900 Years of Berwick We received an email from a lovely lady that used some of or offcut fabrics to create a gorgeous rug! 'Thanks very much for the lovely big bag of fleece. Attached is a picture of the Berwick 900 rug, which was created as part of a community project celebrating 900 years of Berwick.'Offcut Rug Celebrating 900 Years of Berwick We LOVE it! Jane has mixed and matched different shades of our blue and green fleeces and it looks amazing! It's great to see our scrap fabrics being used to make something so creative. Maybe you’ve been inspired to make your own mat? You can order your own bag of offcuts to start creating your own offcut creations. Our Bags of offcuts come full of fabrics in a range of different patterns, colours and thicknesses - just imagine the things you could create! We even donate our offcuts to schools and charities free of charge in exchange for photographs of all your fab creations! Just let us know about your organisation and we'll be more than happy to donate one of our bags of offcut fabrics. Our bags of offcuts have already gone to a number of good homes, including Goosehill County First School, Chantry Middle and King Edward VIl schools in Morpeth;  West Sleekburn Middle School, Ringway First School, Bedlington High School, The Dales School in Blyth, Grove Special School in Berwick, Blyth Community College, Ellington and Linton First Schools, the William Leech Campus in Lynemouth, Bothal and Hirst Park Middle schools in Ashington, John Ambulance Day Care Centre in Ashington, Chester Court Care Home, Bedlington,  Pots and Pancakes, The People’s Animal Rescue and Rehoming Team in Amble, PAWS (People’s Animal Welfare Service) in Bedlington and Northern English Springer Spaniel Rescue in Red Row – and many, many more!
