Toby Lee's Onesie Design

We've been working our little socks off this week creating Toby's Onesie for it's big debut with the little superstar! We are giving you lucky lot a backstage pass to go behind the scenes of Tobys Onesie  so you can see how it all comes together. Once Toby has designed his onesie, we then lay out his chosen fabrics on the cutting table (and we must say, we think this design is brilliant!) Steve, our Cutter, will then trace around our patterns (the correct ones for Toby's size) and hand-cuts each panel  with his fabric scissors. Once all the panels have been cut and inspected (we have to make sure each onesie is perfect before moving on to the next stage) Mandy then embroiders Toby's Logo on the front of his Onesie. Once the embroidery is complete, the onesie then moves on to machinists. Edith starts sewing Toby's Suit together at 1st Stage Machining. Trina then finishes Toby's suit off at 2nd Stage. Once all sewn together, Alison then checks Toby's onesie inside - out, top-to-toe, to make sure it is absolutely perfect. Alison then folds and packs Toby's suit before it is sent out to him. Once Toby has received his suit, it's time for the grand opening! *cue excited onesie-opening face* And of course, he just had to try it on! Looking good!
