We've put together a list of our most frequently asked questions to help you lovely lot out when you come to design your very onesieon our personalised onesiebuilder.

What size should I order?

Always go by the chest measurement initially. Order the closest to your size and then tell us if you feel that giving your actual measurements will result in a better fit.

How can I tell you about my measurements or special requirements?

There is a special instruction box at the end of the order process once you have added your name and address just pop a note in there with your special information

What’s the difference between the different types of fleece?

Cuddle fleece – soft and fluffy on both sides. Very warm Mid weight cuddle fleece – just as fluffy, but less weight. Lambskin – texture of lambs wool on the outside with a soft woven inside. Polar fleece – regular fleece, anti pill, good quality very soft. Snuggle bunny – light weight cuddle fleece. Velvet touch – dense fluff, with a touch of elegance Micro fleece – light weight great for warmer weather

What are the fleeces made of?

100% polyester

Can you design one especially for me of my favourite character?

You can design your own on our very own amazing all- in- one onesie builder, bring your imagination to life.  If you do have a bespoke onesie design idea, get in touch, we can create 99.9999% of your idea :-) The only thing to be aware of is that copyright laws protect certain designs

Can I send you a logo to embroider onto my all-in-one onesie?

Yes, email it to us and we can quote to add it to your design.

How long does it take to make my all-in-one onesie?

It depends what time of year you are ordering, generally we ask for 7-14 days but in the winter and especially leading up to Christmas it can be up to 28 days. We will always be clear on how long your order will take to be made and dispatched before you have completed your order.

Can you work to a date that I need it for?

Yes, usually, except when we are very busy, then it’s first come first served. Let us know the date you need it for in the special instruction box and we’ll see what we can do.

What happens If I’ve left it too late and it won’t get to me in time for a special date?

We can send a brochure pack with a sample of the fleece that you have ordered, so that you have something to wrap and give on the day.

Can you send me a sample of my favourite fleeces before I order so I can see them?

Yes of course, just let us know which ones you would like and the address to send them to.

What do I do if it arrives and I have ordered the wrong size?

We always suggest that you check the size chart before placing your order to make sure you have ordered the correct size. If you think it looks too big when it arrives just try it on first as we normally find that once on, they are a perfect fit.

Do you offer an alteration service?

Yes we do, there is a small charge of £15 for this service, so just pop it back to us using a signed for service with a note in with your order number and the size you need it to be and we will do the rest. You should have it back within a week.

How should I wash my all-in-one onesie?

40 degrees and a low tumble dry setting.

How can I win £100 gift voucher?
