Onesie Red Nose Day

Onesie Red Nose Day 2015 It's Red Nose Day today! Red Nose Day is all in aid of Comic Relief. Since 1985, Comic relief, a charity based in the UK with a vision of a world free of poverty, aim to raise millions of pounds, mainly through their two big fundraising campaigns; Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. They then use the money raised to tackle the root causes of poverty and social injustice in the UK and across the world. Comic Relief works all throughout the year to make their vision a reality, and since 1985, with the support of remarkable people, just like you and me, they have raised over £950 million and have achieved some amazing things. Red Nose Day is one of the biggest fund-raising events of the year. Since it's launch in 1988, Red-Nose has become part of the British institution and every 2 years, people all across the land can get together and do something funny for money, at home, in school and at work. There is also a fabulous night of television with comedy and entertainment that inspires people to generously give to the cause. Since the last Red Nose Day, Comic Relief has spent around £99 million helping over 12 million people (this includes money raised through Red Nose Day, Sports Relief and other Comic Relief fundraising) all over the world including Jamaica, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cote D'ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Sudan, Lesotho, Swaziland, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Philippines, all across the UK and Northern Ireland.
