Onesies at the ready...

Onesie Halloween Games Party invitations sent out, food ideas prepared, and onesiesready, it's time to start the games! Of course, games are a must-have at every Halloween party, so we've helped you out by giving you a list of fabulously fun games to play at your party;
The Witches Cauldron
You will need: - a large bowl, tub/container to act as the cooking pot. - a damp sponge - a hard-boiled egg - a large piece of orange peel - selection of rubber toys such as a frog, snake, etc (You can get these from a toy shop) - blindfold Fill up your' cooking pot' with the  above items. (You can always shake it up a bit by adding in your own ideas, just make sure there are enough items for each child to have one or two go's).  Each child has a turn at being blindfolded and dipping their hand into the cauldron to find the imaginary item you name. (For example, you may say; 'A giant toad's tongue' (the damp sponge), 'a dragon's eyeball' (the egg), a witches' skin (the orange peel), 'a frog/snake' (rubber toys), etc.)
Broomstick Races
You will need: - two witches broomsticks Divide the children (parents, you can take part too!) into two equal teams. Each child takes it in turns to run to the end of the garden and back while 'riding' the broomstick. They then pass the broomstick to the next person on their team. The first team to get all their team mates there and and back wins.
Halloween Hunt
- items to hide - scary Decorations Hide some Halloween treats - this could be anything from sweets, to little presents and prizes - around the room (or house if you're feeling adventurous). Make sure the room is spooked up with lots of Halloween-style decorations.
Pass it On- Scary Story Telling
You will need: - party guests - torch Sit all the children (or party guests) around in a circle. To set the mood, have the lights off, so you're all sitting in darkness. Have the person telling the story hold the torch so the light is only on them. One player will start by saying the first one or two sentences of the story 'There once was a ...'. They will then pass the torch to the player to their right, where they will then add another two sentences on before passing the torch to the next player. Make sure to go around the circle at least once. Carry on until each player has had a go, or until the story has finished. Try and make the story as spooky as possible.
Winky Murder
You will need: - party guests One person is chosen to be 'IT'. (Only this person is allowed to know this). The person who is 'IT' must wink at another player (Victim). The 'Victim' must then wait around 5 seconds and then 'die'. They can choose how they fall - you could make it as funny and dramatic as you'd like. This carries on until one player thinks they can identify the 'murderer'. If they are wrong, both players are then dead, if they're right, they win the game.
Halloween Memory;
You will need; - a tray - Halloween/ Autumn items - paper and pencils Set out several Halloween/Autumn items (A leaf, toy spider, small pumpkin etc) out on the tray. The players have 30 seconds to memorise the items. They then must write on their sheet of paper as many items as they can remember. The person who remembers the most items wins. (Letting the winner pick a sweet from the trick or treat bowl is always a good prize.). Order your Halloween onesie today by heading to our Halloween Collection. Make sure you mention in the order instructions box at the checkout that you need your onesie for Halloween.
