When Ian Lavery came to visit The All-in-One Company An MP has praised The All-in-One Company in his constituency during a House of Commons debate about the state of the North East economy. But Ian Lavery, the Labour member for Wansbeck, admitted he had never heard of the company’s product prior to his visit to its factory in Ashington. He described The All-in-One Company as “absolutely fantastic” and had particular praise for our Director, Kate Dawson who moved her young family to the North East because she believed it was the only area where the company could succeed. Mr Lavery told MPs: “It had the right people, she said, and I think that coming to Ashington in your constituency was even a better idea. “ He added: “So great credit – and we have got some great people, great businesses in the region – small, medium and large.” Kate said: “It was an absolute pleasure meeting Ian when he came here a couple of weeks ago and I am very proud that he was so complimentary about us in the House of Commons of all places.  I am very proud of what we have achieved in such a relatively short time and he is right, I knew this area had the people with the skills and work ethic to help us succeed.” Last year The All-in-One Company's annual turnover exceeded £1m, we have customers in more than 150 countries and in 2012 made by hand 17,000 suits. “He certainly knows what a onesie is now and I hope the rest of the MPs do too,” said Kate.   To hear the transcript of Ian Lavery discussing The All-in-One Company at the House of Commons click below: [audio m4a="https://the-all-in-one-company.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Ian-Lavery-Transcript.m4a"][/audio].
